Construction Phase: Manage the daily, weekly and monthly meetings and reports with owner, subcontractor, project team and headquarter. Manage the evaluation and settlement of all change orders. Manage all required construction management processe including but not limited to: RFI, Shop drawing, Directive, Submittal, Punch List, Short Form Agreement and other documents as required. Evaluate the payment and conduct all related walk-down and inspection. Manage all third-party construction development and report result. Monitor Change or Delay to construction schedule.
