Data Analyst & Sales Planning (75%) 1. Reporting to HQ and work with finance dept., KAMs to execute delivery of annually sales long range plan (China region, 2plants)(Database of OP) Running & Booked biz – Annual sales statistics and forecast for 5 years. Potential – Support to define target biz and make sales forecast for next 5 years. 2. Update quarterly product lines analysis reports. (Sales work, Marketing share, market trends, roadmap, strategy). Help to make SWOT analysis for each kind of products and support to make strategic action plan. 3. Monitor and analyze external market information. (Marketing trend, Competitor’s information, product price, etc.) 4. Assist KAMs to screen annually target biz. Expand product lines into each customers and improve the sales. 5. Monthly China auto data report update and delivery Product Promotion (25%) 1. Making annually promotion plan according to the KAMs’ requirements and time schedule. 2. Organize workshop (about 50 people) at customers’ plants according to the promotion plan (Around 8 times / year)(SVW, SGMW,GREATWALL,JAC,DFL,etc) Make sure the promotion topical Communicate with customers and KAMs about workshop’s date, place, and participants. Prepare the give-aways, postpones, product simples and so on Prepare customers’ satisfaction survey. Making feedback report and delivery into related colleagues. 3. Coordinate with HQ/ other business units in the groups to hold auto exhibitions/tech day. (FAW-TOYOTA, Brilliance BMW Auto, etc.) Show less
