  Managing all issues related to our application system of reporting products line. Maintaining the core application systems – OPAL, Correspondents Management System, HDBCi, etc. Acting as the contact window between internal users and development vendors.1. Generating, testing and maintaining reporting products thru caption files in OPAL;2. Maintain the OPAL environment for D&O and Customer Service daily operational needs, including the following modules: DEWS, OWS, CS-ADMIN, SUB and PUB;3. Managing the data extraction for other systems/services’ needs – including S&MS and RAM/ERS;4. Managing the bulk data (DSR, Media, Court) load into OPAL database;5. Acting as the helpdesk for internal customers and contact window to development teams (D&B Australia OPAL support team, CTS);6. Developing and maintaining Scoring system (NCRI, EMMA, FSS, Paydex.)7. Developing and maintaining Media-Court Monitoring Service.8. Supporting Correspondents Management System;9. Supporting HDBCi system.
