I was in "graduate program" on the beginning on the department technology and efficiency and on the safety department. Then I started to work on position of the process safety specialist. I worked independently on tasks in agenda of safety department. I was connected with topic of hazard and operability studies (HAZOP) and with investigations of extraordinary events. I provided support for HAZOP studies in sense of setting internal methodology and leading of training of company teams members. I supported preparation of the studies (communication with suppliers) and I supervised realization in sense of quality. I participated on the studies as team member in role of process safety specialist according time options. I checked and commented the outputs. I worked in the laboratory and I did as part of my diploma thesis preparation of specifically protected amino acids. Main part of my job was optimization of cross-methathesis reaction for selected compounds - decrease amount of used catalyst from 15% to 5% and minimize amount of the side products. Reaction products was for follow-up industry. I did successfully this optimization.
