Having worked for John over the course of two summers, I was struck by his ability to ask the right questions and the respect he showed me personally. A true believer in meritocracy, John's style of management helped me achieve far more with my summer than I think either he or I expected. I have since been able to compare the experience of working for John to a variety of others, and it has led me to realize the strength of his interest in the development of others. Most importantly, he created a great work environment and is pleasure to be around.
