Operate in small, interdisciplinary teams, consisting of 2-5 specialists, and frequently collaborate with other engineering teams to develop the best possible and technically sound solutions for the targeted industry or group. Organise and execute the design, development and implementation of solutions and report directly to directors on progress. Manage and support projects across Africa, in Asia, and in South America, which require the ability to operate in small, high-paced, cross-cultural project environments, and be flexible. Consult clients by analyzing process plant data and compiling performance benchmarking reports and recommending corrective actions to take. Facilitate solution administrator and user training. Demonstrate solution capabilities and proof of concept. Document functional and detailed design specifications, as-built designs and user manuals. Drive User Story generation for Agile methodology adopted in our internal software suite development team. Develop strategies for the application of digital technologies in operating sites. Develop strategic alliances and unique account strategies.
