  The Scholar Experience Team is responsible for the total customer experience, be it logistical implementation, being available for any student needs, or other customers that need individual attention. Work may include: working behind the scenes to ensure that all events run smoothly, administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and sorting program materials, interact with and supervise students, overnight student individual attention for any reason, communicating with families, vendors and key contacts, oversee a program’s in-field social media initiatives, be responsible for program equipment (cars, communication equipment) and monies, as well as other responsibilities.
