      In this On-the-job training I was able to enhanced my skills in terms of technical and communication skills. I was able to socialized with other employees who worked for years and have the experience in the real life industry. It gave me the opportunity to show my interpersonal and communication skill to others. In terms of technical skills, the configuration of cable box was my favorite part since it is the line of network engineering. We configure the cable box to check the connections in every routers. Proper way of connecting and disconnecting of cable wires and proper configuration of the router which some of the commands were not taught in TIP.
