  My experience as a certified nursing assistant here gave me the opportunity to work with elderly patients. This job made me realize how underserved this part of the population is and how everything I do for each resident, from providing care to small talk, means a great deal to them. Teamwork is crucial to a successful day at work. I learned how to manage my time as well as ask for help in order to care for patients efficiently. My experience as a certified nursing assistant here gave me the opportunity to work with elderly patients.
