Jeremy and I worked together for several years at Sanchez then Mesquite Energy. Jeremey handled many projects for us in our S. Texas assets. He came to us with a wealth of experience and a can do attitude. He has the unique ability to juggle many projects, brought a real sense of project engineering/management to the group. A specific example is the teams "cold eye" review process. This involved a complete independent review of all of our facilities (over 250), Jeremy was a key leader in this effort, organizing the audits and follow up actions. He is a pleasure to work with!

For three years, Jeremy and I worked closely together on the CPF optimization and facility upgrades at Mesquite Energy (Sanchez Oil & Gas). I noticed his eye for detail, teamwork spirit, and objectivity on every assignment. Jeremy’s ability to juggle multiple projects was unlike any I’ve seen before and made a dramatic difference in the project progress of our team. Jeremy would be an asset to any team and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.

o Develop Process Flow Diagram (PFD) o As-built Facility Process Instrumentation Diagrams (PID) o Audit offshore facility PID’s for API RP 14C compliance o Pump and pipe sizing o Develop Piping Plans o Develop and Detail Piping Isometrics o Coordinate shut down with facilities operators and construction leads to minimize costs and down time. o Facilities engineering for rebuilding the Pacific Energy’s BETA platforms located 9 miles off the coast of Long Beach, CA. My duties include overseeing construction activities associated in the facility and pipeline for smart pigging the sub-sea DOT pipelines. This includes reviewing and updating all associated PID’s for compliance with o Audit offshore cranes for compliance with API RP 2D & 2C and determine necessary repairs o Maintain Management of Change process and overseeing Process Hazard Analysis to insure projects we transitioned from engineering to operations effectively and safely. o Created specifications data sheets for bidding o Created a commissioning plan based on equipment manufacturers. o Created mechanical fabrication drawings o Develop excel calculation spreadsheets for an energy study. Spreadsheet calculation included calculations that would translate various combinations of decisions into financial figures based on gas/oil forecast, flow rates, efficiency formulas, fuel consumption, and permit/operating costs. This information was later used to determine a particular way to power an off-shore oil complex. Used Arcview GIS to create a Road Condition Map for Aera Energy. Show less
