My goal is to make sure that you are aware of those issues and how it may impact you. I will train you on these issues making you constantly aware of what is going on and how it may affect your company. The specifics of what I do is honestly all up to you. For example, my current client has a high interest in tracking legislation so that is what I do for them I research the legislation and give them monthly updates as well as training supply and request. Many individuals in the intellectually and develop mentally disabled industry may or may not know that there is a political element to their services, the money just does not come out of thin air it is fun and debated on every year. Each company is different therefore my model is flexible my philosophy is together we stand strong and will win the fight at the end of the day so let us start this journey together.

I Worked with intellectually the developmentally delayed adults in a classroom setting Teaching T multiple subjects with the goal of increasing their educational experience. As well as providing them with basic life skills to prepare them for what lies ahead. I did not know it back then but this would lead me down a path that would eventually end in me permanently devoting my career to the pursuit and happiness of others with intellectual disabilities helping guide people through the twists and turns of the system.
