I have worked with many vendors throughout the years who claim to want to become a "true partner" in my business needs, but have been let down by nearly every one of them, with the exception of Jeff Furst. Jeff Furst has proven to me that a vendor really can be a true partner in my business. Under his leadership, his sales staff doesn't try to sell me more than I need, asks the right questions to understand what problems I'm trying to solve for and presents a well thought out solutions to those problems, even if the solution doesn't involve increased sales of his product. Even when faced with near-impossible deadlines to solve an issue in my business, somehow, Jeff and his team get it done. On a personal level, I have yet to meet his equal in a vendor relationship. He is a person of high ethical standards and is forthright in his communication. He will tell you if he can deliver something or if he can't, which is something unique these days. But the most important reason I am so happy to partner with him is that he is unabashedly dedicated to making sure that my success is his number one priority. Thanks to him and his company, we enjoy that success every day.
