In addition to compliance services, I assist in compiling financial forecasts for real estate development and syndication, consult with clients regarding entity structuring , and provide feasibility studies for other business ventures. I am a frequent speaker on issues related to the real estate industry and partnership taxation. I provide technical training and workshops for firm-sponsored events. My experience not only enhances the services we provide to our real estate and construction clients, but also those offered to other business clients. I have a in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of partnership tax law, tax structuring and complicated tax issues. I am also recognized for my considerable experience in consulting on complicated structuring and allocation issues. I work with developers, real estate management companies, owners of multi-family and commercial real estate properties, architects, engineers and other commercial/industrial companies.
