Phil Pecoraro

There is literally nothing that John can’t do when he puts his mind to it. When he’s faced with a programming challenge, he tirelessly researches and problem-solves until he finds a solution. He has a strong design sense and through experience and natural intuition he knows exactly what players want and because of this he is as strong of a designer as he is a programmer. His insistence on tackling any problem that is foolish enough to face him made him one of the most sought-after resources at Flashpoint, making him indispensable to any team that he is or will be on. John is constantly striving to broaden his knowledge. He is incredibly talented, can execute that talent, and has one of the most brilliantly complex minds I've ever come into contact with. He's also a joy to work with.
