  Currently working in the WinCo deli, and have developed fantastic communication skills, and learned the ability to work with a team. We routinely run into many different obstacles in the day. I’ve become very adept at adapting and solving problems that arise in the deli. With that it has developed my Critical thinking skills. The countless number of employees I’ve helped in my time has immensely increased my ability to listen and have a interpersonal relationship with customers and co-workers a like. We have seen an increase of $1,000-$2,500 in sales when I am working. We create many products in any given day. I create around 100-200 different products a day. The average deli worker is making around 100 or less. I’ve helped train many employees. This has helped develop my ability to communicate and work as a team. Show less
