I have been working closely with Jevgeni for Tom Clancy's The Division 2, and he has been an important part of the team helping us to deliver quality constantly. I've been working together with him on creating multiple character outfits for the game. Working with Jevgeni is simple and straightforward. I can always ask him for help if something is unclear, and I know he will ask questions too. We have been able to easily find solutions together for tricky technical issues multiple times. He is willing to listen for feedback, and will also suggest new solutions. Jevgeni's 3D modeling speed can't be ignored either. He has proven to be very fast at his craft.
