I worked together with Jetro for over eight years. During this time, Futurice organically quadrupled in size. His role evolved during this time from a senior specialist to a member of our management team. Jetro is a person with great vision, passion and profound experience of modern ways of working. He is an excellent manager, mentor and a leader. He was and is well respected by everyone and brought much desired order into the chaos caused by the speed of the growth. I would love to work with him in the future and do recommend him to any endeavor, which he himself showcases interest in.

We were working together with Jetro at Futurice for more then eight years with almost four of them co-leading the biggest at the time business unit / tribe. To simply put it - Jetro is great. He is professional of the highest degree with the deep understanding of business, software industry, company operations and leadership. Add to the mix fantastic software engineer and great supervisor and you will get Jetro. He cares deeply about people and was one of the cornerstones of Futurice culture in Finland. Thank you my friend, for being part of the Futurice family, and I hope to work with you again in the future!

I belonged to the Futurice Finland steering group and collaborated directly with the company head of biz dev, the P&L business unit heads, and the Helsinki operations directors. I also acted as a supervisor for more than ten senior developers of which several were supervisors themselves.
