  Full time route setting for the Arch Climbing Wall. Primary responsibilities included designing and building bespoke climbing routes at a variety of difficulties across 3 centres. Supplementary to this there were many other responsibilities and roles which I undertook - team management, stock management and ordering, budget considerations and carpentry/building.
