Responsibilities included: scoping out the parameters of the project, collecting and validating FM service data, communicating the process to be followed for updating service information, actioning data change notes and monitoring data. Project Support – Key Performance Indicator Initiation• Responsibilities included: undertaking a review of all rationalised contracts to determine the management information required from suppliers, creating a standardised data capture template, meeting/communicating with all rationalised FM suppliers to explain data capture process, validating the data upon receipt, and reporting on it.
