Worked with NEMA & IEC standards when working with motors and providing technical support. Created CNC codes with Siemens Sinumerik 808D to manufacture custom parts. Provided technical support to assist customers in troubleshooting their motor via phone and email. Designed & developed One Way Bearing & Encoder Mounts for 56C and 56HC frame size motors. Produced custom 2D and 3D drawings of motors and gearboxes assembled upon customer demand. Created and designed a fixture for a 3-axis CNC machine to manufacture 10 gearbox flanges at once. Worked in RMA performed failure analysis test (Resistances, Surge, MegeaOhm, & DC Step Voltage Tests) on damaged returned motors using a motor tester. Designed 2D and 3D Aerator and Mixer motor drawings using SolidWorks for production. Developed motor data sheets for customers using Microsoft Excel. 3D printed custom parts for rapid prototyping. Later wrote them as Excel spreadsheets when the department started to go paperless. • Wrote Work Orders listing all the necessary tasks to be done by various department to get a job done in accordance with the demands of various customers. • Wrote Reports having all the necessary documentation with the results requested from the customer. • Presented safety related issues though our monthly Safety Meeting among fellow co-workers discussing potential hazards that can happen in the work place as well as how to avoid them and what proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is need.
