As Service Manager- My responsibility includes aftersales service to our Customers who purchased the machines we are an authorized dealer. This includes attending to service calls which includes working on their downed machines, scheduled preventive maintenance and scheduled machine inspection. As Parts Manager my responsibility includes keeping optimum level of parts in stock which requires a lot of inventory management that balance stock out against overstock.
