For 2 continuous years I have dedicated myself to training in a personalized way different students who contacted me for different goals One of them was to train her to finish the half Iron Man of pucón. During the first year, I planned the training cycles, including running, cycling and swimming competitions, in addition to prepareing her for several triathlons, sprint and long distances modes and finally was able to finish the half iron man in an ideal time for her.
