The Product Manager’s role is a senior leadership position that plays a critical part in defining the vision, strategy and driving the growth of the portfolio they support. Management of a team of cloud product managers focused on Vendor Onboarding and Integration Automation. Responsible for key Service Providers and Vendors including Trend Micro and Samsung.The Product Management function at Ingram Micro Cloud intersects with virtually all the business departments. Key responsibilities:- Defining product requirements to build integrations that will satisfy business goals; maintaining product quality and reliability throughout product releases.- Evangelize CloudBlue Connect to both Vendors and Service Providers, acting as single point of contact for product-related issues, from technical integration to third party systems to assistance on using Connect as their main supply automation platform, onboarding additional Vendors or Partners to the ecosystem.- Take ownership of End-to-End Product go to market activities from product modeling to production launch, including prototyping integrations, providing technical consultancy to vendors, etc- Measuring and reporting different metrics to ensure that sales teams both Ingram Micro Channel and Service Provider Channel are successful.- Creation of a roadmap and Go To Market strategy that provides field teams with visibility on upcoming product features as well as business performance analysis.- Use BI dashboards to monitor both business and technical performance metrics and act upon goal deviations by proposing design improvements on impacted products/systems.- Grow the portfolio. Ensuring that the portfolio of supported products grows aligned with the business strategy.
