Ennovate Lab is transforming Africa's underserved communities into flourishing innovation ecosystems through tech, entrepreneurship and placemaking. I lead a multidisciplinary team to identify and resource stakeholders in our host communities with tech, innovation and entrepreneurial skills; drive collaborations and create bridges between entrepreneurs, institutions and community members for co-creation of thriving digital economies. I also give oversight and direction to our Startup Foundry in the creation of borderless solutions for communities by our in-house community of tech, product and business talent.

Children that Change the World is a non-profit that equips young Nigerians with the necessary skills for relevance in the 21st Century's Knowledge Economy. A weekly radio broadcast (CTCTW Radio Broadcast), an IT Fellowship (Teennovate Africa), an annual innovation challenge (Ogbomoso Innovation Challenge), a bi-monthly book club and a modern/tech-enabled agriculture club for secondary school students are the platforms through which Children that Change the World is gradually changing the narrative for Nigerian students beginning from Ogbomoso.

Designed innovative approaches to human capital development for clients on three levels: high schools, higher education institutions and businesses. Employed strategic processes and methods to solve the critical problem of the lack of an innovation culture within these institutions and helped enable the compulsory conducive environment that facilitates and catalyses such a culture.

HelpingHand Mentoring linked promising secondary school students to vetted high-performing undergraduates, graduates and elderly role models in their respective spheres of interest. The highly-involved and motivated offerings by the mentors enabled the mentees achieve much in their areas of potential. I coordinated the planning, execution and evaluation of the day to day operations that went into making the programme work.
