  Juwai.com is China's largest international property website for Chinese buyers and was launched in 2011. It aims to provide a portal for overseas real estate marketers to reach Chinese property buyers, which purchased an estimated $50 billion in overseas real estate in 2012, up from $28 billion in 2011. As Major Accounts Manager I am directly responsible for managing the relationship of one of Australia’s largest Franchise Group, LJ Hooker. My Role as Major Accounts Manager for LJ Hooker: - Serve as the unchallenged expert on all aspects of Chinese buyers wanting to purchase property in Australia and New Zealand for L.J. Hooker customers. - Train and educate L.J. Hooker offices about the available marketing channels and products with Juwai.com - Act as the intermediate conduit between Chinese buyers and L.J. Hooker properties/offices if and as requested – Give personal service and advice, including accompanying prospective purchasers to Australia and New Zealand to inspect select properties with the related L.J. Hooker listing agent. - Work directly with any designated staff to educate and train them about Juwai.com, so they can effectively sell the concept to all vendors. - Assist and educate general consumers in China about the benefits of having L.J. Hooker as their agent of choice for property transactions within the countries where L.J. Hooker is represented. - Represent L.J. Hooker offices and submitted property (as required) at selected Chinese Property Expo’s on behalf of our offices. Show less
