Bio
Esther Rosenstein
It was early March and I had been feeling stuck, like I had reached the plateau portion of the ladder and found myself wondering how to get out of the rut and navigate my professional landscape better. I had heard people mention coaching. As I had been following Jessie and Optia on social media, I felt like Jessie could be the positive guiding light I needed. Then the lockdown happened. Not only did Jessie help me discover better ways to resolve conflict and provide tools to achieve balance and progress; she helped me figure out how to shift my workspace from office to home while still achieving equilibrium and optimal productivity. During a time of anxiety and uncertainty, Jessie and Optia really helped me stay grounded and focused. Not knowing what leadership coaching really entailed, I expected Jessie to show up wearing a tracksuit and whistle; go through my work wardrobe and train my speech patterns, a Charm school of sorts. Instead, she launched me onto a journey of self-discovery and mental realignment that will continue to help me grow forever on.
