As a result, I have become one of the contributors during brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and special events. Recently, I designed, commissioned, procured and distributed marketing materials to promote the branch office at a multistate leadership conference. My design was highlighted by one of the co-founders of the company. In addition, I prepared supporting documentation for training briefs and was in charge of purchasing large amounts of finished materials from a local printing company within a given budget and time frame.As one of the main office administrators, I heavily assist the organization by ensuring it functions efficiently and effectively; and the agents implement local and national business guidelines. I am responsible for supporting agents by uploading pertinent information into the national database, Flexmls. This database holds secured, private information and is used by the majority of US realtors.
