  I conducted an in-depth analysis of council injury data in relation to work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs); in particular the influence of the ageing workforce on the prevalence of WMSDs within the organisation. I produced comprehensive report regarding the agency, causation and control measures for WMSDs with the aim that the council may use information contained in the report for training purposes.
