  450 unit Property, Work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager Making sure Facility were working properly and inspecting for any Liablilty issue to pervent property damager or resident Injury. Unit turn over within a 3 day dead line. depending on how bad unit was on move out. Take care of any resident complaint or issue (work orders) inside of residents home. Work with Vendor to keep Landscaping, Pool/Spa, Fire/safety Alarms Properly working. Monthly Perventive Maintenance on HVAC Equipment, Filter change, Checking low voltage equipment in AC units for proper operation. Smoke Alarm Inspection Plumbing Inspection, Inspect for Leaks, Rusted pipes, Water heater Inspection. Lighting for Property, Emergency ballast charged, Back up battery lights still working, Proper lighting in under ground Parking structure.
