I had the pleasure of working with Jessie while we were both working for MPG Office Trust in downtown L.A. Jessie is a very approachable and caring individual and she proved this time and time again during the many years we worked together. Jessie would go out of her way to help me with my HR issues as they related to my team of eight employees. On more than one occasion, Jessie would re-arrange a meeting in order to make herself available to me. Jessie would pre-screen my potential job applicants, only sending qualified people my way to interview. Being a dept manager, this was extremely helpful as it saved me much valuable time. She was very helpful with my employees' annual performance reviews and was very fair and patient with my employees when a problem arose that required HR assistance. One of the great pleasures of working at MPG Office Trust was knowing I had the HR support when I needed it. Jessie was someone I felt confident I could bring up any issue and she (we) would work through it to its resolution.
