  参与项目:作为关键用户，全面支持公司在华地区SAPSD/MM/FICO/PP等模块，包括上线，主数据迁移等。 SAP系统:参与信息化建设、流程分析、功能书编写、主数据梳理、系统上线推广。 ✓ 参与SAP系统制度、管理办法的制定、修订及监督执行。 ✓ SAP系统的业务用户权限设计，优化账号及权限申请流程。 ✓ 协助并参与MM模块计划、仓库的安全库存管理。 ✓ 负责集团物料/供应商/客户/生产/财务/项目等主数据的管理工作。 主数据管理: 1. 了解协调各部门需求，负责 SAP 系统物料/供应商/客户/生产/财务等主数据信息的更新及维护。 审核/维护/优化主数据及其OA系统申请流程，包含物料/供应商/客户/生产/财务主数据等。帮助业务部门进行批量数据更新/上传 2. 撰写主数据标准、规则、流程，提出符合关键数据和流程监控的逻辑办法，落实实施。 3. 解答用户关于SAP主数据申请和维护的相关问题;完成阶段性主数据迁移项目。 4. 通过SAP业务梳理，找出系统及流程改进点，与相关部门讨论改进方案，追踪顾问实施、落实用户测试。 5. 参与主数据质量检查工作，配合业务部门收集、清理、检测主数据，按需求批量修改创建相关主数据。 6. 根据业务部门的逻辑，建立主数据和单据监控流程，指导业务部门修订业务流程中的错误和冲突。 采购销售财务部门支持 1. 熟悉采购订单操作，流程 2. 熟悉物料转移操作，库存检查 3. 为财务提供库存数据，以支撑财务盘点工作。 4. 根据业务部门需求提供相关物料/销售&服务主数据报告支持。 沟通协调:对接总部，下达总部最新指令，提出本地用户问题沟通解决。 As key user assist SAP system go live, in charge of MM module and master data migration；SAP ID and authorization management. Daily work: Master data management: Review / maintian / optimize master data application via OA system. Including material / vendor / customer / BOM / routing / workcenter / finance master data Master data quality improvement: Collect requirement, clarify logic with business department and coordinate with Headquater IT to realize DQI(data quality index) reporting in SAP. Support business department for mass data upload Reporting: Customize report for different business department Supporting: SAP account & authorization management and optimize User training and trouble shooting, ticket / change management. Coordination with headquarter IT for other tasks Project experience: SAP migration: Coordinate and prepare master data migration from legency system China LDC(local distribustion center) setup: Define material priority (ABC-XYZ) and method to implement different stock policy (STD – sales volume).
