• Responsible for harvesting polysilicon from the reactor. Loading the reactor with filaments, cleaning of the bell jar and baseplate of the reactors. • Responsible for product breaking while maintaining the quality of polysilicon. • Responsible for the product sorting, packaging and occasionally lifting of 10 kilo bags and 30 kilo product boxes when needed, while maintaining the quality of polysilicon. • Responsible for the optical inspection of polysilicon product. • Responsible for chemical cleaning (etching) of polysilicon. • Provide proper and accurate passed down of line issues and documentation (fill-up and file the checklist). • Monitors and checking the process parameters to find out problem. • Assist & communicates with maintenance technicians in performing maintenance. • Communicate with technicians from other shifts to share plant conditions. • Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the company. • Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor and maintenance support areas.
