SBA loans can finance & refinance partner buyouts, business acquisitions, real estate & equipment purchases as well as start ups and turn around situations. With the right Bank and the right structure, you may not need as much equity to buy a business or purchase assets as you think. And, if a business wants to consolidate debt or refinance business debt even if there isn't significant collateral, the SBA program can often be the right solution. I have worked for 3 of the largest SBA lenders in the Country over the past 25 years. A lot of bankers say they do SBA lending but my entire lending career has been SBA focused. I work with small businesses to help them achieve their goals by educating them about different loan structures, credit analysis, the rules of each program and what to expect in terms of the process. I always try to explain the various options available to them so they can make an educated decision. Whether it is a business seeking $350,000 to buy their first building or a partnership buyout or even a 3rd generation manufacturing company with multiple divisions and sales in excess of $50 million, a SBA or USDA loan may be a good choice. I am analytical yet creative, direct, focused and organized; I have been accused of not knowing when to quit. These are personality traits that should provide confidence in every business owner I work for that I can get the job done for them and be their advocate.
