  I did cashiering for one month and was promoted to the service desk. At the service desk I do a lot of multi tasking including but not limited to answering all incoming phone calls,Returns,Purchases, Western Union, Bill Pay, Check Cashing, Fishing licenses, Money Orders and assisting customers with online ordering including pick ups. I deal with all sorts of different situations and at times difficult customers.My goal is to understand customers complaints and assist them on finding a solution as well as upholding company policies and standards.
