I got to know Jessie when she rolled on to my project in Accenture as our project assistant/intern and got to work with her for 6 months. Jessie is a jovial, caring and motivated individual who naturally improves the team’s morale through our interactions with her, be it through formal work assignments or informal chit-chats. Despite the deep industry knowledge required in our project, where other individuals have been discouraged, Jessie remained positive and continued to pick things up quickly each week. She requires little hand holding and can figure things out on her own with minimal guidance. Jessie is logical and meticulous in her work and is also an excellent communicator. Hence, our team was able to entrust her with tasks as we knew that the work will be completed with quality and a sound thought process.
