One of Jessica's most amazing skills is her ability to take a large amount of data and pair it down to meaningful, bite-sized components that are easy to transfer to training and/or marketing materials. I would highly recommend Jessica for any complex project within an organization looking for help in consolidating information, streamlining processes, or developing cross-departmental communication methods. Jessica was brought in to assist our management team in developing our Key Business Processes. Mega has been through several ownership changes in the past two decades and the condition of our Standard Procedures reflected the constant change. This project was extremely important to obtaining a major contract with an industry leader in our sector. With extreme precision and efficiency, Jessica was able to ascertain the key information in the existing documentation and pair that with updates and improvements she gathered from stakeholder interviews. The products Jessica developed were quickly put into place while she simultaneously trained the entire organization on the content. Throughout the entire process, Jessica was a real professional and a pleasure to work with. Her interviews and review of content were extremely well prepared and efficient. This enabled her to make quick progress without tying up expensive resources in meetings.

Without reservation, I highly recommend Jessica Voodre. I find her to be an exceptional asset to our organization as she consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication; always willing to help, a strong focus on process improvement, and always willing to devote the extra hours to ensure a successful outcome of not only the projects she’s working on, but the projects of her co-workers. As a Special Projects Coordinator, she is often given the responsibility of an entire project and does so willingly completing them in a professional manner and on time. Her skills at organization, teaching, and disseminating information from various sources are unparalleled, as well as her ability to communicate complex subject matter.

      • Meaningful Employee Training – More than just form-filling, I educated new employees about the culture and norms of the organization and the semiconductor industry with workshops that were appropriately differentiated for employee groups. The training program was built to attract a robust employee workforce, improve employee retention, streamline employee on-boarding, and improve department processes. • Effective Corporate Publications – I wrote two important publications for Mega, including the 20+ page Key Business Processes in preparation for ISO certification, and a 60+ page Sales and Product Development document that includes both technical information and costing. The result is improved internal processes as well as improved customer relationships that lead to greater profit. • Inside Sales Process Improvement - I engaged with both customers and internal contacts, gathered data, and designed and implemented improvements to address roadblocks that rejuvenated customer relationships. I wrote and developed Customer Communication Touchpoints for all phases of Project Alignment and Order Fulfillment and led their implementation. I tracked roadblocks to improved processes, developed solutions, and led their implementation. I streamlined the RMA process and developed reporting techniques without the convenience of a CRM. • Leadership Workshops – I used management Goals and Objectives to streamline off- and on-site leadership workshops lasting anywhere from a few hours to a few days. The result was a path to engage the workforce in achieving annual goals, and a parking lot to address secondary and tertiary goals at points in the future.
