Jessi was a new addition to our team last summer and quickly adapted to the fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment we thrive in. With little direction and exactly the right attitude, Jessi responded to every request and fulfilled every assignment put to her by the team manager both on time and on budget. She caught on quickly to extremely technical procedures that required significant attention to detail and had the tenacity to push through otherwise frustrating processes. Not only did she learn quickly, but Jessi worked quickly and efficiently to complete her assignments sometimes under rather pressing deadlines. Her team leader consistently relied on her to push out work product under time pressure and she always exceeded these expectations without fail. Our company was established with the primary goal of helping student’s gain the training and credentials they need to succeed professionally. We work every day with real people and help them to overcome sometimes difficult odds to move forward in their career. It’s not easy work and it’s not suited to just anyone. Jessi’s empathy and commitment to the underlying mission behind our company made her a fantastic member of the team that not only our customers could rely on, but her coworkers as well. Jessi would be a valuable addition to any organization and I would highly recommend her to any employer looking to broaden their team.
