Jessica brought great value to our company by consistently getting involved in various activities in the group and leading discussions around budgets. Jessica had a good understanding of the financial aspects of budgeting and using Microsoft office suite of products. She displayed a natural ability to ask valid/detailed questions around the budget and the challenge sessions. This effort was a key part to building a good budget and great supporting documents for the 5-year plan. Jessica has a very strong grasp of technology. She knows our software inside and out and helped support others in the group with their needs. She was able to make reports more efficient and accurate by downloading request. She was able to automate material charges to help identity charging issues from the field people. She took corrective action to help mitigate the issue from continuing, documenting the new process and fixing any other issues. Jessica has proven herself to be a strong cultural fit here at our company. She was always ready to lend a helping hand to her teammates and contributed during brainstorming sessions and meetings between the finance function and the field function. She was able to fit in the volunteer events that the department had and the company fully supports. It should her willingness to help in any matter that came across her view. In closing, I’d like to restate my strong support for Jessica’s application to the role your company has and she applied for. I’m confident that she will surpass your expectations in this new role. Jessica is driven, self-confident, proactively helpful, and smart, and I know she will continue to find success in her area of application

Jess worked as a Summer Intern for our organization. Over the years, I mentored and managed many individuals into leadership roles including groups of interns. Jess presented herself professionally, seriously and interested in learning new skills during her time with our organization. So not only is she eager, but she wanted to apply her fingerprint on the task at hand, offering up a new way to do it, or a different way, or maybe a more streamlined approach. Jess brought enthusiasm and a willingness to learn which are two valuable skills outside of a "textbook" that would benefit any organization.
