Jessica played an integral role with my experience at Aerotek. When I started I aspired to be just like her. She was the most tenured payroll specialist and made sure that I had all the material I needed to get promoted to payroll specialist as well. Once in the role she made sure to check on me frequently. She was always available for my questions and would make suggestions on how to optimise my time. I can honestly say that Jessica has a lot to do with my organisational skills.
