It has been such a pleasure to work with Jessica over the past 2 years! She is incredibly intelligent, motivated, and organized. She managed multiple Phase I and Phase II SBIR Applications to the NIH and was absolutely instrumental in our success. Specifically, for the Phase II application we were awarded, she coordinated with multiple sub-investigators, research professionals, and budgeting officers at sub-award sites and ensured all letters of support, budgets, and other documentation were submitted on time. This was a seemingly herculean effort but Jessica kept us informed at every step of the way and we were so glad to have her work with us. Clinically, she is very experienced and supported all aspects of our study design to ensure our study would adequately test our hypotheses. Additionally, as part of the Eva Garland Consulting team, she has access to a deep bench of teammates with expertise in other areas relevant to our submissions. All in all, couldn't recommend Jessica and EGC more! They are amazing!!!

I worked in the early intervention program called High-Five. I would interview the children, their families, and the volunteer mentors to produce a child-mentor match. I learned how to understand people's personalities and strengths to create successful child-mentor matches. I organized activities for the children, their mentors, and their families (e.g. picnics, trips to the planetarium, mini-golf) giving me experience communicating with large and small organizations to plan and organize successful events. I worked with community centers throughout Pinellas County to understand the needs of the community to serve our children and families better.
