During my time in the Organisational Development team within the Centre of Excellence, I worked on some key initiatives to drive great experiences and outcomes for our Team Members both within the Support Centre and our stores/sites. I developed the new succession planning program that helped to identify cross-functional talent as successors for business critical roles. This program was used by the General Manager of Organisational Development to provide recommendations to the Directors. In addition to project-based work, I managed the performance review process for FY16 for all permanent Team Members, the ongoing 360 Assessment process and supported on the Leadership Program for our SLT.
