This is a difficult one to write as Jess's departure was a severe blow to the company and to my department at the time! Jess is one of those remarkable people that people just want to be around. She's a bundle of positivity, energy, talent, creativity and drive. Jess was my first appointment when I began to build a team at a previous agency. I was looking for someone that can write and that is extremely well-versed in all things digital/social. I was also looking for someone that can come up with contagious ideas and work with designers to make them happen, someone that doesn’t mind a bit of community management and content distribution/digital PR and someone that can present. I was also looking for someone that can take great photos and someone with an extremely high attention to detail. Plus, they had to be hungry and enthusiastic. As you can see - I was looking for a unicorn. Jess was that unicorn. A complete all-rounder, that you can build a business around. Being honest, I tried everything to convince Jess to stay and grudgingly understood her decision to leave for a more hands-on digital tourism/events based role in a city she loves almost as much as me – Dublin. I've no hesitation in recommending Jess... and being honest - I really hope to work with her again someday. She's a 10 out of 10.

Jessica was able to raise Passports with Purpose's profile on social media, which helped raise over $25,000 for families in Honduras. Her can-do attitude; creativity in engaging content; the professionalism of her work; and her ability to step up to the plate when we needed a person to manage our table at a large travel conference - all make Jess a very valued member of the PwP team. I would highly recommend Jessica!

I am on the board of the Passports with Purpose fundraiser, for which Jessica served as our volunteer social media coordinator in 2014. Not only did she bring the utmost enthusiasm and professionalism to her work, she also demonstrated creativity and initiative, crafting beautiful and meaningful social media messaging and images that helped us to raise over $25K to help families in Honduras in two weeks' time. I would recommend Jessica as a self-starter who will take any task she is given and run with it. She's also a pleasure to work with and seems to always have a smile on her face.
