Jessica joined my team with great spirit and energy. In her first job after graduating from college, Jess had limited experience, yet she took it upon herself to learn quickly. She became the go-to person in the department on a number of activities, and was respected by everyone with whom she interacted. She was promoted into a contracts coordinator position, and flourished in that position, as well. Once she outgrew the role she was in, I supported Jess' decision to leave for a position with broader responsibilities than I could offer.

In 2008 the online admissions department was opened for University of the Rockies. I had to priveledge of managing Jessica as a new Enrollment Advisor for the University. Jessica is one of the most driven, ambitious, self-starters I have had the opportunity to work with. Her leadership abilities shined early on, which resulted in her swift promotion to Enrollment Manager. During her time as an Enrollment Advisor, Jessica was a consistent leader in both her work responsibilities, along with coaching and developing her peers to improve their skills. As a manager, Jessica had the ability to transition from peer to manager amongst a veteran team and successfully led them to higher performance levels. Jessica's commitment, drive and dedication to continual improvement sets her apart from the field. I would highly recommend Jessica to any organization in search of top talent, and would gladly work with her again.
