I coordinate all projects from beginning to end. At the beginning of a project I meet with all of our clients to coordinate all permit applications and fees. I then work with the project managers and engineers of our office to aid in obtaining project permits. Once a project is permitted, I coordinate with the governing agencies to facilitate pre-construction meetings. When a project reaches completion, I coordinate with the project manager, engineer-of-record, and contractor to obtain certificates of completion or certificates of occupancy.
