From the get-go Jessica applied a high level of operational practise and commercial nous that enabled her to drive positive change through what was already a significantly sized, distributed business whilst taking ownership of key initiatives and outcomes. Jessica never failed to identify and take ownership where it was needed, even when it fell outside of her remit, and always went above and beyond to ensure the business was well-governed whilst understanding the pragmatism required in a high growth technology scale-up environment. Relied upon by her peers, and respected by the whole team, Jessica overdelivered consistently in sometimes pressurised circumstances, made time for everyone and quite frankly was great to work alongside.
