I have been working as an on-site Video Teleconference Technician for the 82nd Airborne Division. My position requires strong troubleshooting skills, and providing outstanding customer service. I coordinate and set-up on average 50 VTC’s weekly through a web –based VTC scheduler for 13 conference rooms, making room reservations and scheduling VTC’s on multiple networks. I also bridge VTC calls through the management of a network bridge. Aside from working on conference rooms, I also maintain 16 Tandberg 1000’s and 1 Tandberg 6000.
