I have the honor of serving my community as a Critical Care Nurse. I am responsible for bedside care and collaboration with intensivists and my critical care team to provide quality care for the vulnerable patient in critical condition. I am cross trained to work in the ER, PACU, and infusion center and I "float" to other units to assist in providing nursing care to patients throughout the Health Alliance. I serve on a number of councils and committees to represent the bedside nurse and my patient's with the goal to improve patient outcomes and quality nursing care. I absolutely love my profession and I am always looking for ways to grow professionally and make a difference in the lives of my patients and their families.
