      Deliver the Monash Health Delirium and Dementia Initiative education strategy through design and development of various education materials for Monash Health.The Delirium and Dementia initiative was a multi-disciplinary approach in early screening and detection of older adults with or at risk of delirium, as well as increasing awareness of delirium prevention and management strategies. A unique experience during this project was working with an external videography production team to produce a suite of training videos that would support clinicians in the completion of the new tools being implemented as well as role model patient communication and engagement.
