  As a Resident Assistant, I was there for first response, and emergency protocol. I participated in community development through various programs that I organized. I was responsible for various paperwork including sensitive information regarding my residents. I was a para-counselor for students, I answered any questions that my residents may have had. I developed my interpersonal skills and my conflict resolution skills. I learned that there is diversity everywhere, and how to deal with those who do not treat others equally.
