A year of that was dedicated to a self-designed sabbatical studying Spanish, and Mexican history and literature. Inspired by new perspectives and surroundings, I also launched Full Potential Ventures, a leadership development program designed to unlock exemplary learning and development opportunities for mission-driven individuals and organizations.
